Amenities

The Community Center offers a Library, Ceramics Room, Arts and Crafts Room, Sewing Room, Music Room, Billiards Room, three Game Rooms, and a Computer Room for resident use. It's a convenient place for residents to work on their hobbies, purchase community event tickets, attend meetings, and more. Residents can relax and chat with neighbors in the Rotunda, while enjoying complimentary coffee or tea. All Board of Directors & Committee meetings and most community events are held in the Community Center.

The Resident Services Desk is staffed daily and can assist residents in many capacities, including loaning of games, new homeowner orientation and packet, or the sale of tickets to an event. The Siena staff has offices off the Rotunda where residents can conveniently address a new color for their home or get permits for sprucing up their yard landscape. All services can be accessed in the Community Center, and Siena staff is happy to assist in any way they can. Relax and enjoy!

Our Ballroom and meeting rooms are occasionally available for rent at an hourly rate for meetings, events and weddings, when not in use for Community functions.
